We have officially aired our first commercial television campaign to try CustomInk. These are our first ever national TV spots, and we’re really excited to show the country who we are on the small screen. In the meantime, you can view the commercial below … or get started personalizing a t-shirt in our design lab.
Please let us know what you think of Inky on film! He sure would love to know if he has gained 10 lbs in front of the camera.
And oh yeah, if you are here because you saw the CustomInk commercial and were like “I want that t-shirt!” — check out the design ideas featured on TV. They’re all professionally designed, but can be customized exactly how you like.
Thanks to our customers, Dr. Phil and 17 other celebrities, 4,000+ custom t-shirts were worn to make it known – bullying is NOT okay.
But we know it can’t stop here. As part of our “Be Good to Each Other” campaign, CustomInk donated 100% of profits from your anti-bullying shirts to STOMP Out Bullying™. The money will go toward in-school bullying and cyberbullying prevention education, and more. Thanks for helping us make the campaign a success!
We’re issuing a challenge to all of our customers and friends now through Dec. 5 to help us spread the word through Twitter about our Welcome Home Troops Initiative.
We will select up to 10 of the best participants to receive a CustomInk Swag Bag at the end of the challenge.
To participate, all you have to do is follow the easy steps below:
1. Join Twitter (if of course you haven’t already).
2. Follow us @CustomInk (again, if of course you haven’t already… we won’t tell).
3. Tweet one of the following phrases (and the link) as many times as you’d like:
- I just made #welcomehometroops t-shirts for my returning soldier at @CustomInk – bit.ly/uuOKqb
- Safe travels from me & @CustomInk for all returning troops! #welcomehometroops – bit.ly/uuOKqb
- I appreciate the troops because (fill in the blank). #welcomehometroops – bit.ly/uuOKqb
You may also tweet your own phrases, just be sure to include the hashtag #welcomehometroops.
A University of Maryland football radio announcer commented this weekend that “we can’t recognize our troops enough,” as the station paused to honor soldiers during a break at the Maryland-Virginia game.
We here at CustomInk couldn’t agree more with that sentiment.
As part of the CustomInk Three Hearts Initiative, 100% of the profit from the sale of “Welcome Home” t-shirts on our site will be donated to the National Military Family Association from now until Dec. 31, 2011.
More than 39,000 troops are returning home to family in the remaining days of 2011. That’s a lot of t-shirts, banners, buttons, stickers and more that need creating. To help ease the process, we’ve created some “Welcome Home” t-shirt templates especially for family and friends of soldiers returning home.
As always, feel free to design your own “Welcome Home” t-shirts in our fun and easy design lab. We have plenty of military art you can choose to make your t-shirts extra special.
Simply remember to enter voucher code “welcomehome” in the cart at checkout or mention it when you call, and we’ll make sure 100% of the profit is donated to the NMFA.
