How is my price determined?

Your all-inclusive CustomInk price is primarily determined by four things:

  1. The product you select
  2. Total number of colors needed for printing
  3. Quantity in your order
  4. Location of individual supporters (United States vs. International)

Savings tip: The easiest way to reduce the cost per item is to increase the quantity of your order. Consider ordering a few extras in order to maximize your savings.

How can I get help with my design?

Design questions can be answered by our service representatives. Contact us at crowdship@customink.com or call for real, live help during the week at 855-631-6850, 10am-6pm ET Monday-Friday.

If you need expert design assistance, whether adjusting a full color image or creating an official logo, contact us and we can put you in touch with our Creative Service team who can help you create a printable design from scratch!

How can I be sure my design will be centered?

Don't worry about getting your design perfectly centered in the Design Lab! If it looks like you were trying to center your design, CustomInk will automatically do it for you. If it doesn't, we'll always double check to make sure your design is aligned on your shirts exactly the way you want it.

Can I get a sample before I order?

If you need a sample of a product before ordering, either blank or printed, contact us at crowdship@customink.com. One of our service representatives will be happy to arrange shipment of a sample whenever possible, usually for a small fee.

What happens after I place my order?

Each order is reviewed by at least two members of the CustomInk production team to make sure your design is perfect and ready for print.

We'll review your design and fix common problems including alignment, contrast, line thickness, and more.

With your order, you'll get an email with a picture proof and details of any corrections before we process your order - nothing moves forward without your approval and you always get the final say on how your artwork is printed.

How do I order my design with different products, colors, or styles?

If you have one design, but have rewards for multiple products, styles, or colors; CustomInk will always give you the best volume price for your entire order. Simply save your design on one of the styles and contact us at crowdship@customink.com to specify the other styles/colors you’d like to print to ensure we get the full scope of your order.

If my backers need multiple items or rewards, do they ship in the same packaging?

Yes, we will combine shipping for your backers so all of your products will arrive in the same packaging.

How long does it take for supporters to get their shirts?

Your supporters will receive their orders approximately 2 weeks after your order is placed.
