On Thursday January 4, 2018, Attorney General Jeff Sessions rescinded several directives that discouraged the enforcement of federal cannabis laws in states that have legalized cannabis. This is a disastrous public policy decision that threatens all cannabis industry members and cannabis consumers, flies in the face of bipartisan public opinion, and empowers gangs and criminal enterprises. We're going to continue our fight for cannabis legalization in Delaware and nationally. With your help, Delaware CAN legalize cannabis in 2018 and we can Make Cannabis Legal Again across the nation!
