About this campaign

The Pink Roses Teal Magnolias Host Committee and the top-notch team at MD Anderson Cancer Center at Cooper need your help in the fight against breast and gynecologic cancer. Earlier this year, a global pandemic forced many of us to slow down, change our daily life, and keep our families safe from an invisible disease. But cancer did not stop. Our doctors and nurses did not stop caring for patients. Our patients did not stop fighting – and neither can we.

Over the past decade, Pink Roses Teal Magnolias has raised an astounding $6.5 million to support breast and gynecological cancer programs at MD Anderson Cancer Center at Cooper. From the very beginning, Pink & Teal has been more than a fundraiser. At its core, Pink & Teal is a healing movement fueled by the strength of sisterhood and survivorship, inspiring thousands to support the fight against cancer and giving hope to survivors across the region.

COVID-19 has changed so much about our world. However, adjusting to a "new normal" is nothing new to cancer survivors and their families. We have seen the resilience of survivors first-hand and that is why we must carry on with our mission to find a cure for women's cancer once and for all.

Last year, we made Pink and Teal history by raising $1 million at our 10th annual event. This year will look a little different as we host outdoor, online and virtual events, but our spirit and determination has not changed. Our patients are relying on the support of our community to continue the fight. Cancer is relentless, and so are we.

This is such a worthy cause. Have a friend that was diagnosed with cancer last year, and underwent treatment, and so far, thank God, is cancer free. Another friend, Joyce, died due to cancer.
