Role

We are looking for an accomplished Product Management leader to help chart our future. This is not a typical eCommerce position. You will own product exploration, definition, and prioritization for our unique eCommerce website and play an important role in defining the future of mass customization... seriously!

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a passion for great products, strong consumer instincts, a proven track record of designing complex B-to-C software, and the following skills/experience

  • 5 years successful experience in Product Management, including considerable experience with complex, online, consumer web applications
  • Deep understanding of the history and evolution of eCommerce, online consumer trends, best practices, and leading industry information sources
  • Extraordinary information gathering sills, including the ability to ask thoughtful questions and understand stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of evolving product issues
  • Ability to clearly and concisely communicate with a wide range of stakeholders through written, electronic and spoken communication
  • Strong understanding of one or more Product Management methodologies and examples of their successful applications in product development cycles
  • Tangible examples of designing, implementing, and leveraging rigorous customer testing and feedback processes
  • Proven track record of incorporating detailed User Experience design into successful Web products
  • Ability to build product management processes, tools, evaluation models, and metrics
  • Experience managing and developing a product management team is a plus
