"When I called customer service to place an order, I was quoted for screenprinting instead of digital printing. I wanted the t-shirts to be exactly what I previously ordered. When I called back several times afterwards and spoke with someone else, they corrected the order to be digital printing like my previous. I didn't realize that this would be such a difficult situation since you offer digital printing and do not put a limit on it. Other than that, I got the t-shirts on time and as digital printing so I was happy with the product."
