"There was a simple question on my order. Rather than sending the question via email I received an email and then, the next day, a voice mail requesting I call in. There is not a special number to call to get expedited assistance to respond to a question related to an order -- I was given the main number and had a fairly lengthy hold time. When I got through and answered the question, I got a fairly brusque "well ,due to your delay in calling, we can't guarantee your shirts by the original date" and then was given a revised date of 5 days later. I called 2 days after the original message, why does 2 days translate into a 5 day delay? If it was so urgent for me to reply, that should have been left in the voice mail and an email should have been sent on the same day. There should be a way to get through on the phone line more quickly when returning a call to you or your reps should send the question via email and resolve it that way."
