"If you use CustomInk, be sure to phone them and confirm your order every day until it arrives. Don't trust their communication back with you. They think that putting the word "pending" on your credit card order gives them permission to screw up the timeline even on a rush order without communicating back to you that there is a problem.
Although I have ordered for years from Custom Ink, I am looking for new resources, which is a shame, because I really like their design feature and my kids' ability to design their own shirts.
I will have to consider VERY CAREFULLY before doing this again.
