"Overall, the process was great. The customer service agents I spoke to were very helpful and knowledgable; however, the sizing line-up modeling was inaccurate for the jerseys we ordered. Several of our team members are unable to wear the jerseys because the size was much smaller than expected. For example, I am 5' 10", 170 pounds and typically wear a "L" shirt. The sizing line-up models confirmed that I needed a "L" so that's what I ordered. The jersey fits very, very tight across my chest and upper arms. "
