We invited all girls to bring in their best friends, mom, sisters, cousins, & coworkers to a day of beauty and pampering. Our event was very successful and we all had fun as well. "My family and friends participated in the Walk With Us To Cure Lupus walkathon on June 8th, 2008 in Long Island, NY. It was the largest turnout for lupus research in the Walk's history and we were one of the largest teams there. Even though it was the first heatwave of the summer, everyone including our mascot, Godiva, finished the Walk! It was great having everyone there to support the cause that affects our family today.
