"The Sophie Davis School Chapter of the American Medical Women’s Association (AMWA) participated in the annual Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk on October 17 in Central Park, NY. Thanks to CustomInk, we walked in style! We are also elated to say that we raised $805 for the American Cancer Society, and we all know that every penny counts! Since many of us have a friend or family member affected by breast cancer, it felt so good to play a part in the fight against it. "

The float was a replica of our very own War Memorial Stadium, in order to fit the theme of "Poke Pride is UW Pride". CustomInk was the last piece of making this event a huge success. The t-shirts were definitely a hit for everyone. Thank you CustomInk!"

Team I Love Laurie by Anna - almost 4 years ago

Team I Love Laurie T-Shirt Photo

"This photo was taken after the Susan G Komen Race for the Cure in Temecula Ca. on October 17, 2010. Every year we do the walk in honor of Laurie, a 17 year Breast Cancer survivor. This year it was particularly important to show our support because the cancer is back and now more than ever she needs our support! This year, we decided to show our love and support by ordering a custom shirt. We knew we wanted something special to show just how much Laurie ment to us, and customink had the answer. My aunt, Laurie, loves angels, and since she is our family's angel we decided to put an angel's wing on her name. She is such an inspiration to so many people around her. She has a great spirit, her smile and laugh can brighten your day. I am so grateful that she is my aunt and that we were able to spend this special day with her! "

Making Strides Against Breast Cancer-Laurie's Leapin' Legs by Laurie's Leapin' Legs - almost 4 years ago

Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Laurie's Leapin' Legs T-Shirt Photo

"Laurie's Leapin' Legs has had a team for the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer walk in Downtown Jacksonville, FL for 3 years running. I am Laurie (the redhead in the middle). I was diagnosed with breast cancer in January 2008. I have been very lucky to have a wonderful support system. This year we had over 30 team member and we have already raised over $2100. We still have two more fundraising events. I decided we needed some very special T-shirts this year. I found CustomInk online. I loved that I could design my teams shirt. At a breast cancer event, everyone's shirts are pink and white. I wanted something different ... to stand out! What would be better for Laurie's Leapin' Legs than a green shirt with a frog jumping off the pink ribbon. CustomInk did just that for me. Everyone loved them. We even had other people ask if they could buy one!!!"

John's 100th Bomb Group by Annette - almost 4 years ago

John's 100th Bomb Group T-Shirt Photo

"Our family participated in the Alzheimer's Association Memory Walk in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware on October 2nd, 2010 in honor of our step-father, John. John was so proud to serve in WWII with the 100th Bomb Group and was shot down over Germany and held captive for 9 months. He now suffers with this dreadful disease and so we walked in his honor. Our group of 19 raised over $2,000. Custom Ink made this so easy for us! They took our step-father's picture and was able to put it on the back of our shirt in a respectful, yet economical way. I would not hesitate to order from them again!! Thanks Custom Ink!!"
