"This picture was taken at this years Arthritis Walk. I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis about a year ago. This was the first event I have been a part of that was for a cause that affects my life everyday. It was a pretty emotional day for me and my family. In this picture I was having one of those overwhelming moments and my friend was there to give me a shoulder to lean on and a hand to hold. It was a great walk and for a wonderful cause. The shirts from CustomInk were perfect and we received many compliments. I plan on ordering many more in the future. Thanks CustomInk for all your help and support." - http://www.arthritis.org/chapters/oklahoma/ - Ali_Mann (Jun 06, 2008)

Yes, its a bone deteriorating dasiese. I'm only 17 and I've had it for 13 or so years. Its hard for me to do strenuous activities, but since you're used to it, be sure to stop when your body needs to stop. If you push yourself while in pain, it could cause some damage. Usually, arthritis mostly effects certain joints so stretch a lot beforehand, but it all depends on what kind of arthritis you have. I say go to a doctor and have them tell you what to do because you won't find the best of answers here, x-rays and a diagnosis would be needed. Good luck!
