"Every year, the Down Syndrome Association of Greater Cincinnati (DSAGC) has a Buddy Walk to raise awareness about Down syndrome and money to support the DSAGC. The year Ralphie was born was the first Buddy Walk in Cincinnati. This year was the 10th annual walk! Ralphie has so many people that love and support him!
