Clowning Around for the Health of It

"We are the Caring Clowns at UTMB and we are a group of students in the school of medicine and school of health professions here at the University of Texas Medical Branch dedicated to making children smile. We strive to do this by participating in weekly "clown rounds" where we perform magic tricks for children who are in our local hospital. We also volunteer at community events making balloon animals for children and painting faces. Spreading happiness is one of our main goals as an organization and making children smile while they are healing and coping with their illness.
