"We are a newly opened deli in the north shore of Maui, Hawaii. There is just something very special about an old school Deli like the ones found in New York, Chicago, and Los Angeles. Places like Katz, Carnegie Deli, and Langer’s plus the hundreds of others that are special to each one of us. If you have eaten at any one of these places, you know what we mean. The thick crust rye bread stacked high with meat, that homemade mustard and dressing, Matzo ball soup, slaw, and pickle. Breakfast will be great coffee, baked goods, bagel and lox, waffle and chicken, and more. Kid friendly, and all served like family with love, fun, Aloha, and a little attitude.
