"EarthFITis a personal training facility in New Fairfield, CT and on Sunday November 24th, 14 clients and crew ran a 5K representing EarthFIT. The temperatures were 21 degrees but with the windchill felt like 8 degrees. Some of these people have never done a 5K in their life, 3 people set a personal record and 1 woman ran the entire 5K after practicing for a few weeks. "
