"This is our Strongman weight lifting team after a day-long competition at the Beer City Brawl in Richmond, VA on November 7. The team got 4 medals and a whole lot of new personal records. Events included tire flipping, overhead pressing kegs and axles, a farmers run, deadlift, and a keg carry event.
Two of our athletes deadlifted 650 lbs!
This is our first competition with our new team name and it was great to be able to show off in our new shirts.
