"I formed a team to raise funds for the NKF - 21 members wore the customink t-shirts and we looked GREAT! This picture is me and my kidney donor at the walk. The walk was held 9/19/09 at Whitney Park in St. Cloud MN. I have had a kidney transplant, a pancreas transplant and quadruple bypass surgery combined with a valve replacement for my heart. Before all of that I had Juvenile diabetes since 1965. (I tried to load the complete team, but it told me it was too large)"
