Michael's Family

"First, I'd like to thank you for making our shirts. They are amazing! Working with you was so simple and you actually spoke to a real person every time you call. Our shirts have a very sad story behind them. On July 2, 2015 my family lost a special person at the young age of 29. He was a son, brother, nephew, cousin, uncle and a friend to everyone he met. When Michael walked into a room his presence lit the room up. He spent the last 6 years of his life helping people with substance abuse opening a men's recovery house, Way of Life, with his friend. He tried his hardest to turn people's lives around and help them live a sober life all while trying to live a sober life himself. Unfortunately for us the drug won and took him. Before he passed he finally got to set up a woman's recovery home, Amarylla House, as well as an intensive outpatient facility, Chance To Live. He was supposed to spend the week with us in Point Pleasant, NJ on a big family vacation unfortunately two weeks before the vacation he was gone. So we decided to do something special for him; one was this shirt. The second was we released floating lanterns, bottom picture, into the sky on the beach as well as threw flowers into the ocean. Everyone loves their shirt and we have had them framed and hung in both recovery homes as well as the intensive outpatient facility. The top and middle pictures show a family who has banded together through a dark time and remembering the life of someone who was taken away from us way to soon. " - Michele Incognito (Aug 27, 2015)
