"This picture is of Girl Scout Troop 743 from Phoenix, AZ, posing with a park ranger on Mission Beach. With their cookie sale earnings, they wanted to go to California and clean up a beach. The Park Ranger's office assigned us to Mission Beach in San Diego, so they used a portion of their cookie sale profits to order these matching shirts for the event!
