I got my shirt a few days ago and love it. I got an XL and I wear a bra size 36D, so I am the opposite of Kate Middlteton, short and much wider, LOL! I prlbaboy could have gotten a Large but I wash my clothes a lot so I go up to the bigger size. This is a woman's sized shirt and not a junior sized one. Hope this helps.
