"Miss Empire Rose Outstanding Teen (center) Haley Dianne, with her mom Alaine and Associate Director Ginger Gautier, on their way to cheer on Miss NY, Kira Kasantsev in the Miss America Parade. Despite the downpour of rain, the Empire Girls were proud to wear these wonderful shirts, even wet. Great quality shirts, loved the high quality design, excellent service.
