"Pahokee Dreamcatchers is part of a non profit, tax exempt foundation: Hospice Dreamcatcher Foundation Inc. This foundation helps fulfill a dream ,or wish, that a hospice patient might have. Students at Pahokee High School in Pahokee, FL have joined the cause, and have got their shirts to prove it. In the picture, you can see the Pahokee Dreamcatchers members wear their shirts for the first time for a group picture. We were so happy when we got them! We also wore the shirts when we granted our first dream. We fulfilled the dream of a man who grew up right by the beautiful beaches of Puerto Rico. Unfortunatley, this man could not go to the beach; so the Pahokee Dreamcatchers brought the beach to him. On April 10th 2013, we gave him and his family 'A Little Piece of Puerto Rico.'' This was his dream day. It was a day full of things that he love and enjoyed, along with his family.
