"This was taken on June 22,2013 in Sioux Falls South Dakota, at the 2nd annual Step Forward walk/run, which raises money for suicide prevention and survivor support for our local Helpline.
We were the team Stay Gold in memory of our son Wade whom we lost to suicide May 26, 2011.
As difficult as it is to acknowledge how we lost him, we never want to forget how he touched our hearts and lives.
We ordered 44 shirts and had a large turnout family and friends. Overall the walk raised $42,000 and had over 1,000 participants.
We will be using our Stay Gold shirts for years to come and hopefully the team will continue to grow and we will be ordering more shirts!"
