"Small Town. Big Hearts. Beloved Stella Williams, former paraeducator at Crescent School (K-12) in Joyce, Washington, passed away from cancer last October. Students rallied this spring to do a fundraiser in her name. Proceeds will be spent on scholarships for the under-privileged students that she worked with and loved. The event welcomed over 100 walkers, brought staff and community together, and raised approximately $5,000."
