"Our girls and our families have witnessed the courage and determination of our goalkeeper's mom, Bernadette, as she fights breast cancer. The team wanted to honor her on the field and wore special "fight" shirts in one of their State Cup games last month. After a tough "fight" on the pitch, the girls presented her with pink roses and thanks for modeling strength and courage through her battle :).
