"This was a walk for in support of my father, Bob Williams. This 5K was held in Evans, GA. We had a small group of walkers, but we were able to raise over $5000.00. Pulmonary Fibrosis is not well-known, yet more people die from this than breast cancer and other well known diseases. We need to get the word out about Pulmonary Fibrosis. "On April 27, our National Honor Society hosted our second annual "Run Like A Warrior 5K" in memory of CPO Matthew D. Mason (SEAL). The money we raised was donated to Wounded Warrior Project in Matt's name. Sir Purr of the Panthers was on hand to entertain the crowd and motivate the runners!
