"This is the second year we put together a team to run the AIDS 5K Run in Boston. We run in honor of Michael, who passed away from HIV in 2000. The team name, Mike's Picks, is in honor of the yearly mixed tapes he made and shared with his two daughters. We wanted to continue this tradition for him by having new "picks" each year to run to.
