"New Orleans February 15, 2009
We were heading off to celebrate Mardi Gras with 22 family and friends and it coincided with my husband Bruce's 50th birthday. Thanks to everyone at CustomInk I was able to pull off the surprise of the half century. I wanted to use a photo of him when he was 8 years old and CustomInk did a beautiful job with my design. I can't say enough about their customer service. Everyone I spoke with was very friendly and helpful. I had the shirts shipped to a friend in New Orleans and unbeknownst to Bruce we all put them on for his parade. I wish you could have seen the look on his face when he spotted us from the float! All 22 of us were a t-shirt with his face on it!! After the parade we all went to dinner in the French Quarter and our last stop was at Cafe du Monde where this picture was taken. As you can see it was a fabulous time.

You rock. You all made my vision of my son's birthday party happen in warp speed! There were 25 happy children at my son's birthday party this past Saturday. The kids were thrilled to find out that they got to keep these shirts as their, thanks for coming to my party gift. This was a much more practical gift to give rather than a bag of candy and cheap toys that you toss in the trash after a few days. These will last them quite sometime. I had a small family reunion for my Dad's 75th birthday. He knew that we were all meeting up at the airport & getting on the same plane bound for Club Med, Ixtapa, Mexico, so I wanted a bit more 'umph' for the day of travel. We all surprised him by wearing these awesome t-shirts to the airport. We snapped this photo on board the plane at 42,000 feet in the air. Strangest thing is how empty the plane was!
