Custom T-Shirts for brother

Oak Grove's Bike Club by Thao-My - about 1 year ago

Oak Grove's Bike Club T-Shirt Photo

"I was inspired to get into biking because of my brother and friends. After much debate between a road bike and a fixed gear, I ended up customizing my own fixed gear just like my brother. Once I started to ride, I became so immersed in riding my bike. I loved the feeling of riding on the road with the wind blowing against me and the sun beaming on my face. Through this, I wanted to bring bike club back from a two year hiatus at school. I wanted people to remember how fun it was to ride with others and this was a chance to make new friends. Fortunately, my friends and family supported me in starting a bike club at school. I was surprised how many students joined the club, and it motivated to do the best I could for this club. My cousin, being the creative artist she is, helped me design these wonderful t-shirts. The picture portrays a large shark made of different bicycles and bicycle parts eating a car. The deeper meaning of this design is too encourage others to ride bicycles more. The club remains active at school and it seems my friends enjoy biking a lot more I want to thank OGBIKE CLUB, my cousin, friends, family, and Customink for making our design come to life."

ANNUAL ALS WALK by TEAM SCHMITTY - over 1 year ago

Annual Als Walk T-Shirt Photo

"This event was the Annual ALS Walk. We walk to fight Lou Gehrig's Disease. My brother Jeff was diagnosed with ALS in Oct. '09. It is a fatal disease with no cure or treatment. This year the event was at Greenfield Park in Milwaukee, and it was beautiful! I surprised Jeff with his very own team this year! We actually had about 50 team members, 40 of them in TEAM SCHMITTY shirts, but the day was so hectic that I forgot to get an actual team photo with the whole team!! My experience with CustomInk was amazing - from start to finish! They made everything super easy and I will definitely be spreading the word, and using them in the future. Thank you!!"

There were 15 of us speeding around the course in our orange Team Zell t-shirts, giving him encouragement to keep going! It was an incredible day, and this photo shows us all bursting with pride after he crossed the finish line."

"Our youngest has autism. Our eldest put together a walk team, The Garrison 500, to participate in the Autism Speaks Carolinas Walk Now For Autism that was held 10/8/11. The Garrison 500 is a racing metaphor ... we walk on the actual Carolinas Motor Speedway. Additionally, it was our goal to obtain donations from 500 different people. The walk was a huge success. Everyone loved our shirts -- we were the only group in red that I saw."
