The MORE The Merrier! by Esther Rubinstein - 11 months ago

"A group of us ran the 2012 More Magazine Women's Half Marathon in Central Park on 4/15/2012, an all-women's race that for some of us, it was the first time running a half marathon. We wanted a shirt for our group that would help us feel like we were all connected to each other, even as we might run separately during the race. The little running girls holding hands on the back of the shirt helped us with that connection! The design staff at CustomInk was so helpful in getting the drawing exactly right, as well as fine-tuning the colors and lettering. "

"Sadie K. formed Team Sadie as part of her service project she undertook as part of having a Bat Mitzvah. She and nine other seventh grade girls raised $7,000 for women's cancer through the Revlon 5K, which went from Times Square to Central Park. Sadie enjoyed designing the TS t-shirts with CustomInk. "

"This is our fourth year participating in the Parkinson's Unity Walk in Central Park. We walk in honor of my mom, Deen, who was diagnosed just a few years ago. All funds raised for this event go directly towards finding a cure for Parkinson's Disease. We raised more than $3,300 and donations are still coming in! Our team was bigger than ever this year and we all proudly wore our CustomInk t-shirts that reflect our awesome team name to share my mom's love for The Beatles. Let's hear it for Deen's Day Trippers and for CustomInk for all of their support!"

Katelynn's Krew walking for Down Syndrome by Katelynn's Krew - over 1 year ago

Katelynn's Krew Walking For Down Syndrome T-Shirt Photo

"Our first (but not our last) Buddy Walk in Central Park NYC for the inclusion and acceptance of Down Syndrome people. My 9 month old granddaughter Katelynn was born with Down Syndrome and she has become our SUNSHINE, no matter how hard the day has been she will light it up, so we united friends and family to celebrate her. T-shirts helped lots since family members from as far as Massachusetts were joining us and in the sea of over 5,000 people in Central Park we were easy to spot. Can't wait till next year already started taking t-shirt orders!!!!"

Race Day to Celebrate My Dad! by Amanda Rose Walsh - almost 2 years ago

Race Day To Celebrate My Dad! T-Shirt Photo

"My extraordinary father passed away six weeks ago and to honor his memory and celebrate his life, my clients and I decided to participate in a 5 mile run in Central Park. It was a beautiful day of smiles, positive energy and great people. The experience was made even better because we all wore matching t-shirts designed by CustomInk. Everyone LOVED them! Especially the lightning bolt design. Many even said they would be wearing them again and again even after the race was over. It was honestly one of the best days of my life and a perfect way to honor the great man my father was. "

Charity: Water Run In Central Park T-Shirt Photo

"We devised a team to raise support to install and dig at least one well in a developing country in Africa where there is no clean drinking water. We organized a run to do so, and wanted shirts for publicity to attract awareness of the organization. These t shirts were so great! We loved that we could custom-make them to fit the weather and make them simple, so as not to take away from the organization, and also custom-colorize them to allow us to stand out in the park. =) We raised MORE than enough for our goal!!!!"

"The Sophie Davis School Chapter of the American Medical Women’s Association (AMWA) participated in the annual Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk on October 17 in Central Park, NY. Thanks to CustomInk, we walked in style! We are also elated to say that we raised $805 for the American Cancer Society, and we all know that every penny counts! Since many of us have a friend or family member affected by breast cancer, it felt so good to play a part in the fight against it. "
