"Team Nil Desperandum (never despair) is a group of families and friends fighting against cancer at the Livestrong Philly Challenge. This year our team of 12 runners and 6 riders raised over $4,000. "Dad, a retired Marine, died suddenly in January from cardiac arrest. He was involved in the Kohala Relay For Life for many years and ACS organizers chose to honor him and this year's Relay. The family continues the tradition of supporting Relay and what better way to honor Dad than by wearing his beloved Marine Corps colors.
