24 hour Run Crew by Boss man - almost 4 years ago
"I am a Platoon Sergeant and a member of my group; mother was diagnosed with breast cancer during our current deployment. I decided with a group of fellow Sergeants to organize a 24 hour Run for the Cure. With the help of CustomInk we were able to create a design that marked the event. As a team we ran for 24 hours. We helped to raise money for a good cause; the fight against breast cancer, and had a good time doing it. Beside tough men look good in pink!"

Kevin's Team at the GE/Petit Family 5K Road Race by Kevin's Team - about 4 years ago
"Kevin's Team ran (and some walked!) the GE/Petit Family 5K Road Race in honor of Kevin Sheehan, a fellow runner who is battling Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease (CJD), a rare, degenerative, invariably fatal brain disorder. It affects about one person in every one million people per year worldwide; in the United States there are about 200 cases per year. (It was an extremely hot morning, but thankfully, we were wearing our CustomInk wicking T-Shirts.) We walk/run the GE/Petit Family Road Race every year to support the Petit Family Foundation. (Dr. Bill Petit was a childhood friend and is now a professional colleage.) Here's a little history on the Petit Family Foundation: The Petit Family Foundation honors the memories of Jennifer Hawke-Petit, Hayley Elizabeth Petit, and Michaela Rose Petit by continuing the kindness, idealism and activism that defined their lives. The Foundation's funds are given to foster the education of young people, especially women in the sciences; to improve the lives of those affected by chronic illnesses, and to support efforts to protect and help those affected by violence. After a home invasion on July 23, 2007, Jennifer Hawke, Hayley Elizabeth, and Michaela Rose Petit tragically lost their lives. Hayley, and later on Michaela, were dedicated to community service and charitable giving, especially with the MS Society in support of their mother's illness. After their deaths, the Foundation was created as a means of continuing on their work and spirit."
Beer for Boobs Fundraiser by Team Boob-A-Licious - about 4 years ago
"Every year my mom, aunt, and I do the Susan G Komen 3-Day for a Cure and to raise the $2300 goal per person we hold our annual "Beer for Boobs" Fundraiser at the KC Hall in Moorhead. Our slogan for this year was "Fight Like a Girl." Custom Ink allows us to make merchandise that was of great quality and easy to sell to raise the money we needed. This year we raised over $3000 at the event that will go towards the Breast Cancer 3-Day. We will walk 60 miles in 3-days to help gain awareness and take a stand against breast cancer. Thank you to everyone who has supported us and continues to support us on this journey. "

"Moovin' and Groovin' 5K for Pancreatic Cancer is a fundraising run held every August in Richmond, VA. This photo was taken at last year's event, August 22, 2009 with members of the team that runs and walks in memory of James Pelligrino. We proudly use our CustomInk team shirts to stand out and stand together against pancreatic cancer."
The Cystic Gal Chillin' by CysticGal - about 4 years ago
"This is a photo of myself "Cystic Gal" Beth Peters, who writes a blog about waiting for lung transplant for cystic fibrosis. I made and sold about 80 shirts through my blog, cysticgal.blogspot.com, and want to share this silly photo of myself to help encourage my friends to share photos of themselves in the CG shirt, no matter how silly it might turn out!"
Peggy's Pink Panthers by Swanny092 - about 4 years ago
"In October, one of my co-workers (Peggy) passed away from cancer. I decided to create a Relay for Life team in her memory. The Relay took place July 16th-17th at the Norwood Young America track. I ordered these shirts from Customink and they turned out amazing and everyone was so pleased with them!"
