"Our son, Jake (14), was diagnosed with Crohns and he wanted to participate in a fundraising walk. He gathered friends and family, raised over $3000 and wanted his team to have a team shirt. He created it and they all proudly wore them (and still wear them). This will be an annual event and we look forward to creating a new team shirt for Jake for the next walk. "My family is raising money and awareness for Crohn's and Colitis. I am currently 14 and I've had this disease for about 5 years. In addition my dad and 2 of my uncles have it. We had a great time at the Crohn's and Colitis walk and our team customink t-shirts really made all of us even more excited about raising awareness"
