I bought my "I'm an AEtologist" shirts to wear especially to the spin classes I attend, so that while we are exercising, the phrase might prompt questions which would help my fellow riders work their brains as well as their bodies. On Guinea Pig Friday the instructor uses gimicks to cause the "guinea pig" to have to work harder than the remainder of the class. It's great fun, as well as a great workout. "Last year, we Defined Our Kegacy with shirts from CustomInk.com. This year, we Redefined it - doubling the size of our team from last year - and also doubling the amount of kegs we ordered.
