Irish Pub's Tour De Shore 2011 T-Shirt Photo

"This year police officers from our bicycle team rode there bikes as in previous years from the Irish Pub at 20th and Walnut Streets, Philadelphia, PA to the Irish Pub in Atlantic City, NJ to raise money for the Irish Pub Children's Foundation, a Delaware Valley based charity dedicated to helping needy children throughout the region. The Irish Pub Tour de Shore has raised over $1,600,000 for various children’s beneficiaries. Last year’s ride generated nearly $270,000 from 1,300 riders and sponsors. Each year 80% of all funds raised go directly to the chosen charities. Some of the charities that they will support this year include: . Daniel Faulkner Educational Grant Fund · FOP Survivor’s Fund · Police Athletic League of Philadelphia · Pat McDonald Scholarship Fund This year our team ordered the shirts from customink.com. The shirt was a hit with our sponsors and the team. We received the shirts on time and the staff at Custom Ink did a great job. Thank you again from the Dirty 30 Bike Team."

We're Competing For A Cause by Zachys Wine and Liquor, Inc - almost 2 years ago

We're Competing For A Cause T-Shirt Photo

"With the 10 year anniversary of September 11th fast approaching, the ENTIRE staff here at ZACHYS (pictured) did not want to let this date just slide on by. There are thousands of families that have suffered losses, many of which we have a chance to help out. When we gathered to discuss the concept of commemorating 9/11/11 the whole ZACHYS team knew that we wanted to do SOMETHING…but what? It was such a “numbing” series of events 10 years ago that so many of us stood by feeling helpless wanting to know what more we could do. Here’s our chance today! On September 11, 2011, Andrew McMurray, vice president of Zachys has chosen to participate in a HALF IRONMAN triathlon in Croton-On-Hudson NY. Given the importance of the day and what it could mean to ZACHYS, our family, friends and supporters of the store…We felt this would be the perfect way to show “We Will Never Forget”. Over the course of this Summer he has been logging in countless hours in the water, on the bike and running the streets of Westchester. All with one goal in mind. To reach our fundraising goal of $20,000 for Families of Freedom. Families of Freedom is a charity that was set up to ensure that secondary schooling and college would be an option for those children who lost parents in the 9/11 attacks. We all know how much college costs these days and a goal of $20,000 is a very fair one. This past weekend (July 29-30th), the Zachys staff rallied together in their “We will never forget” t-shirts and worked the streets of Scarsdale at the ZACHYS lemonade stand and raised $800+, one glass at a time. Our resolve and commitment to hitting this goal is unwavering and when I cross that finish line we ALL want to be able to raise our hands in the air with a great sense of accomplishment on what we achieved on such an important day."

"We are an American Cancer Society Relay For Life Team. Each year we participate in our town's relay to raise money for the American Cancer Society - to find a cure for this disease that has stricken and taken so many of our loved ones. This year we had 17 people on our team and the shirts were amazing. We received a lot of compliments on them. I loved being able to design them my self on the website. It was super easy. The backs of the shirts listed every member on the team. The picture I'm submitting is the HEART of our relay team! "

"On July 15 &15 2011 my family held a fundraiser Co-Ed Softball tournament in Memory of my father in-law George Lujan. George passed away in December 2010 from Pulminary Fibrosis. All of the proceeds were donated to The Pulimonary Fibrosis Foundation to help try and fnd a cure for this horrible disease. Our team shirts, which paid tribute to George on the back were a huge hit and by far the most popular shirts at the tournament. Thanks to CustomInk staff for helping to produce a great product."

Yoga For Congo Women T-Shirt Photo

"Though this photo only shows one participant, it captures the feeling of Yoga for Congo Women. Our events are held to bring people together, raising funds and awareness for the women in the Democratic Republic of Congo who are suffering brutality daily that we can barely imagine. Each one of these events is life-changing, not only for the Congolese women we serve, but for each of us, as well. "
