"On Sept 25 and 26, I walked 60km with 6 of my closest friends to raise money for research and treatment for the underprivileged. It was a huge accomplishment, especially since I just finished treatment myself! We raised over 17,000!"
"The Wolf Family rode in the 42 Annual Hilly Hundred, a two-day 100-mile bicycling tour through southern Indiana. Even though some of the family had ridden no more than 6 miles before this, we stuck together as a team (all wearing our CustomInk jerseys), and attained a major accomplishment! We could not have had a better experience working with CustomInk. From the time we found the website, to the day we received our order early, the process was as easy and efficient as could be."
"This photo is in the opening set of our marching band show, which is what our t-shirt is based off of. Matt was always in the wrong spot and did the wrong thing at the wrong time, so the directors would always say "Matt Inman. You are WRONG." We made it into a joke and put it on the first shirts our section has ever made. CustomInk was awesome!!!!"
"I'm a third grade teacher to 20 wonderful students. I teach in Huntington Park, CA which is a low-socioeconomic area. The school is for underprivileged children who have been falling through the cracks in the public school system. It is very unfortunate because the current statistics say that only 7% of these children will have the ability to go to college. The mission of the Aspire School District and the school that I am working in is to expose the students to different colleges while teaching them the regular curriculum and encouraging them to work hard and make their way to college. In doing so, each teacher is required to choose a school for her class to learn about throughout the school year.
There is research that states that at the end of 6th grade if you ask a child what they will do after high school, if they say college there is about an 80% chance they will really go. If they say "I don't know" or something other than college, the chance they will go to college is very low.
By teaching students about college at an early age and making kids excited and motivated to go, their chance of going will increase!
Every Friday the kids are encouraged to wear college t-shirts, especially those from the school their teacher has chosen to "adopt" for the year. Because I'm teaching in an area where most families don't have much money, most of the kids can't afford to buy their own shirts. I don't want any kid to be left out, so I need to raise money so all of the kids can have a shirt.
Here are my students with their brand new shirts, printed by Custom Ink!"
"Our friends and family joined our cancer warrior son, Bryce, as a team "Bryce's Believers". We all walked (in the rain) to raise money and awareness for Childhood Cancer Research."
"This photo is from Team Pink this past weekend. We were part of a breast cancer event that raise $63,000 for Susan G. Komen-San Diego!!! Working with Custom Ink was awesome...they called us to ask if we wanted our backside printing to be PINK as well, and of course we said yes! Thx! See you next year!"
"This is the family and friends that make up Team Hummingbirds, who walk in honor of our lost loved ones at the Long Island Heart Walk. The title and reason for our team's name is written in the hearts we wear on our chest, and the names of those who we walk in honor of are on the back. CustomInk has been great in assisting us with this meaningful and delicate design."
"A group of us celebrating Homecoming 2009 in Shippensburg. CustomInk is awesome. Fast friendly service! Definitely will work with CustomInk again in the future!"
