"This is our third year walking as a team to find a cure for juvenile diabetes. My sister and my uncle were both diagnosed with the disease at the age of ten and my uncle passed away 4 years ago. "My roomates and friends supported me in the Juvenille Diabetes Research Foundation Walk to Cure Diabetes. We were Team Green/Laura's Lifesavers and the tshirt was amazing, one of our favorite parts of the walk. In the end we raised over $1500 to go towards finding a cure for diabetes. The photo shows me hugging the team after the walk."
