Mom's Send Off by ScottB - about 1 year ago

Mom's Send Off T-Shirt Photo

"Our Mother passed away last September 2012. It was always her wish to take the entire family on vacation, unfortunately with her long illness it never came to be. We made a decision to make it happen last fall taking the whole family to Cape San Blas, FL. We rented a home on the beach for all 16 of us to stay in - what an awesome time we had. We did a series of family shots and this one I felt gives a good idea of who we are - a family that loves one another and truly enjoys spending time together just being ourselves. Our shirts from CustomInk are fantastic. They added a purpose to our trip in memorializing our Mom/Grandmother. The significance of the "white rabbit" is that it symbolizes a story Mom told us towards the end of her life about a time on Easter when she was little and said a prayer asking God that if he was real he'd send a rabbit - and sure enough when she turned around there was rabbit in the yard, so..."Keep Calm and Follow the White Rabbit" became our theme. Mom was also a huge lover of our country and our soldiers, so on the back we added the tag "Patricia's Militia" (which the kids picked) and a star. The order process, the support from the CustomInk staff and the ease of creating our personalized shirts was really amazing to me, it was actually a fun process, plus we now have a keepsake that each one of us will have to remember our wonderful Mom / Grandmother and our trip together in June 2013. Thanks CustomInk!"

The organization was started by the grandmother of a little girl, Maddy, who passed away unexpectedly last January. The Pink Leopards team is made up of teachers and staff at the school where Maddy attended kindergarten."

Team Matty - Head for the Cure 5k Wichita, KS by Team Matty - about 1 year ago

Team Matty Head For The Cure 5k Wichita, Ks T-Shirt Photo

"This is a photo of "Team Matty" after finishing the Head for the Cure 5k in Wichita, KS June 23rd 2013. Team Matty participated in this fundraising event in memory of Matthew Rempe, who lost his battle with brain cancer April 7th of 2013. CustomInk did a fantastic job on our team shirts! The quote on the back, "we're kind of a big deal," was proven that day, and Matty himself would have been proud to wear a Team Matty shirt. Team Matty is constantly growing, and we can't wait to order more! Thanks CustomInk!"

Stay Gold by Jen - about 1 year ago

Stay Gold T-Shirt Photo

"This was taken on June 22,2013 in Sioux Falls South Dakota, at the 2nd annual Step Forward walk/run, which raises money for suicide prevention and survivor support for our local Helpline. We were the team Stay Gold in memory of our son Wade whom we lost to suicide May 26, 2011. As difficult as it is to acknowledge how we lost him, we never want to forget how he touched our hearts and lives. We ordered 44 shirts and had a large turnout family and friends. Overall the walk raised $42,000 and had over 1,000 participants. We will be using our Stay Gold shirts for years to come and hopefully the team will continue to grow and we will be ordering more shirts!"

Poppy's Pals T-Shirt Photo

"This photo was taken at the 11th annual Walk to Defeat ALS at Manhattanville College in Purchase, N.Y. The Walk is to raise awareness and funds for Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) a.k.a. Lou Gehrig's Disease. My team consists of myself, my husband, my father and mother. Mark and I co-chair the walk and walk in memory of my grandfather (my father's father), who passed away from ALS in 1987. CustomInk was great to deal with. Once they received my design, they emailed me with a number to call with questions and were there every step of the way with the order. We couldn't be happier with the shirts and level of customer service. And they even made a donation to our team! "

Mark's Brothers Ryan And Shawn T-Shirt Photo

"Mark died in a car accident 5 years ago. He was only 26 years old. A young man with a big heart. Huge loss for the family. He was an organ donor. To honor Mark each year his family has had a motorcycle ride in his memory. All proceeds go directly to the New England Organ Bank. This year was the 5th year. We ordered koozies to give to everyone. Mark's nickname was "Port" and he had a tattoo that he designed with those letters. Custom Ink helped us get that design on the koozie. They are in basket on sign in table. Everyone loved them!!! Thanks again I'm sending second picture with his 2 brothers "
