Gumbo Gopher 5K by Gumbo Gopher 5K - almost 3 years ago

Gumbo Gopher 5 K T-Shirt Photo

"This was our second annual Gumbo Gopher 5K. Our small town of Lowry, SD turned from population 9 to 175 people for a few hours on the morning of September 24, 2011. Last year we started the race to raise money for Ovarian Cancer Research as my beautiful mother-in-law was battling ovarian cancer at the time. We had a huge success and an absolute LOVE for the t-shirts from the first year. My mother-in-law passed away two days before Christmas but we know how proud she would be of us continuing the cause so we have made it an annual event. I can't tell you how many times I have seen our shirts around the surrounding communities both from this year and last year. I find that extremely inspiring! Just the other day I had someone ask me if I could design more shirts from CustomInk so they could have one for every day of the week. I laughed and told them to wait until next year but this just goes to show how much people have absolutely LOVED the shirts from CustomInk. It's so nice to know that our shirts are being worn and loved and not just brought to a thrift store and stuffed in the back of a drawer. Great job CustomInk, can't wait to do business again with you next year!"

Sue's Soldiers by Angela H - almost 3 years ago

Sue's Soldiers T-Shirt Photo

"I created and ordered two designs for our Twin Cities 3 Day walkers and cheerleaders. We all participated in this event (and helped raise $18,000) in honor of Sue LaGow--our friend, motivator, and inspiration. Sue passed away last year after a valiant 13-year battle with breast cancer. For the shirts, I was able to take some site-provided graphics and customize them, with wonderful results. We received a lot of compliments on them at the event. But best of all, after ordering them, I received an e-mail from a Custom Ink rep telling me they had donated to our team. Imagine my surprise! I was truly touched. Thank you, Custom Ink, for taking the camaraderie our team felt on the inside and helping us show it on the outside."

Power of the Pack by smholmes - almost 3 years ago

Power Of The Pack T-Shirt Photo

"Nine weeks ago, a wonderful selfless act by an amazing woman named Erin Moussa, brought together this terrific group of women, of which I am proud to be a part. At her suggestion, we began the Couch to 5K running program and set our sites on completing the annual Pit Run in Oneonta, New York. The run, in honor of a fallen state trooper, provided the goal. Erin, and soon the entire "Pack" provided the inspiration. A few weeks before the race, when we realized we could all really do this, we decided we needed shirts. This photo was taken after we crossed the finish line. It was truly a great moment! It is important to mention that we began this journey for a variety of reasons...(and we actually listed them on the back of our shirts), but I can safely say that we share a reason for finishing...the Power of the Pack!! Our t-shirts were quite a hit, and they made it easy to locate each other during and after the race. Working with CustomInk was better than I could have hoped for. Their customer service exceeded my expectations at every turn, and the quality of the finished product is really great. The colors are true, the printing is crisp and clear. We will definitely be using CustomInk for our next race! Thank you!!!"

"My father passed away unexpectedly in April of 2011 from a heart attack. My sister and I wanted to honor him at this year's Austin Heart Walk (sponsored by the American Heart Association). Our team name is "Jim's Biggest Fans" and the walk was a big success! Jim's Biggest Fans raised over $2,000 for heart disease research. Our experience with CustomInk was top notch. The shirts work perfect and I can't wait to order more for next year!"

Street Clean Up In Honor Of Amanda E Carter 2/11/88 4/18/11 T-Shirt Photo

"Amanda is my daughter and was dx.with Leukemia on Nov. 22, 2010 (after 2 months of being misdiagnosed) She fought her battle with courage grace and bravery. She never once complained. On April 18, 2011 she was called home to Our Lord. She always did things for others never her self so we thought adopting a street in her name would be one way to honor her. We have to clean the street 4 times a year. @ street signs have OUR HERO AMANDA E CARTER posted on them. Working with CustomInk has been a pleasure at a very difficult and emotional time. Thank you all for your help. "
