Spencerport Math Geeks by Bri - about 7 years ago
"Our math class purchased matching shirts for the last day of school after surviving the "hardest math course this school has to offer," or so our teacher said. The backs read "I Survived Math III Honors" and all the teachers in the math department got a good laugh out of them. The yearbook committee even came in during class to get a picture for next years yearbook! Our teacher loved it, and we went around all day spreading our nerdness. :)"
The Overnight - 20 Miles through NYC by TeamNika - about 7 years ago
"On June 9 - 10, 2007, seven friends walked for 20 miles through the night in New York City, along with over 2,000 others, for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention's "Out of the Darkness Overnight." We walked to raise money and awareness for suicide and mental illness. It was a powerful journey, as many of us walked in memory of our dear friend, Valerie, and for others close to us. Our team's shirt was adorned with a picture of an angel Valerie had drawn and our team name, Nika, was for her beloved cat. We wore our custom ink shirts proudly! Thanks, customink!"
IROQUOIS SPRINGS G21 by Ruthie - about 7 years ago
"This takes place at Camp Iroquois Springs in Rock Hill, NY. It was picture day, and my bunk and I did not want to wear the standard camp T-shirts everybody has, so we convinced the photographer to let us take it in the sweatshirts we custom made! Customink is so great to use and the people are very helpful. I love custom making clothing!"
DANCE AROUND THE WORLD by B.A.C. - about 7 years ago
"Our school won a grant from the Brooklyn Arts Council. Here we are right before our big recital wearing our tee-shirts with our dance logo "DANCE AROUND THE WORLD." Our tee-shirts and dance performance made a big hit. Can't wait to do it again next year! Thank you CustomInk for doing such a great job!"
henry street school running team by runners - about 7 years ago
"Then Henry Street School for International Studies Running Team on the Lower East Side of New York City is comprised of all boys in grades 6, 7, and 10th! The boys were at their final championship track meet of the season in June 2007 when we took this photo. Getting to the track meet was an accomplishment for many because when they joined the team in September 2006, most of them could only run for a few seconds! We did not have an athletic budget so the boys were creative in raising money for the shirts. The CustomInk shirts we got were customized with their last names on the back, and the kids really loved having the strangers in the crowds at races identify them by their last name and cheer for them. Ordering shirts from CustomInk was so fantastic-- they were made well, and their printing lasted through many a wash and many a race-- and my boys were tough on their shirts!"

Chock Full of Notes Showing Off! by chockfullofnotes - about 7 years ago
"Chock Full of Notes is an 18-member, student run acappella group that was started in 2003. The group is co-ed and spans grades 9-12. This event was at Plainview Old Bethpage JFK High School's Night of Acappella Concert in 2006. After funraising for 2 years, "Chock" as it is usually called, fundraised enough money to buy matching track jackets to perform in. Chock Full of Notes has raised thousands of dollars for cancer and has donated 100 hours of community service through their performances. Custom Ink helped to make the group even more professional! Thank you!!"
