"We are the members of the International Order of the Rainbow for Girls. This is a service organization for girls age 11-20. We are from Boulder City, NV and are one of 11 assemblies in the state of NV. We try to help make our community and homes a better place by putting others before ourselves. We have lots of fun activities in addition to our service. The girls learn leadership and great skills for life while having lots of fun. Our service project this year is the Alzheimer's Association, one of the reasons we chose purple. We marched in the Boulder City Santa's Electrical Parade to advertize our organization as well as raise awareness for Alzheimers."
"The Hunker Down Club's first t-shirt is the perfect addition to our tailgatin' Saturdays! Go Dawgs!"
"The FFA is an organization that promotes leadership, personal growth, and career success. We are a school group of about half a million members nation wide and 60 members at Cambridge High School in Cambridge, Illinois. We had a contest to design our chapter shirts and this is the winning design. We first used customink.com to make our Relay-For-Life team t-shirts and were very pleased with the quality and service. Please rate us high, as the prize money will go toward our 2008 Relay-For-Life campaign. Please help us in our fight against cancer."
"My mother, Gaga (so named by my daughter as a baby...she loved the name so it stuck!) was diagnosed in March with lung and brain cancer. She has been undergoing chemo treatments ever since. Needless to say, it's been pretty rough for her, healthwise. In September of this year, the company I work for sponsored a 5K walk/run in Overland Park, KS. We knew right away that we needed to participate in this walk. It was not hard to get a large team together of people who love Gaga and wanted to support her as she battles her illness. Also, the walk happened to fall on the same date as Gaga and Grandad's 40th wedding anniversary! It was a joyous day all around. We raised over $2700 as a team which all goes toward brain cancer research. But what topped the day off was that Gaga was there to surprise our team, finish the walk with us, and cross the finish line! (Gaga is in the green shirt and Grandad is standing to her left.) CustomInk did a great job helping us out with special shirts to commemorate the occasion. They also provided exceptional customer service. Thank you so much!"
"This photo was taken just before the Closing Ceremony of the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer New York, a 39.3-mile Event that took place October 6th and 7th. This Avon Walk was the largest ever...the Event's 3900 participants raised $10.2 million! The Avon Walk Youth Crew was a pilot program in New York this year, allowing young people (ages 10-16) to participate and experience the entire Event. This program suggests that young people are capable of contributing to the Event, can get an enormous amount out of the service, and can enhance the experience of all Walk participants--as the Youth Crew says, "we're too young to walk, but we're not too young to care." The pilot was so successful that there will be a Youth Crew in all 9 Avon Walk cities in 2008...thank you Youth Crew!"
"MCP's staff with our great new MCP pens!!!"
"I worked for the Y, and we were routinely cold on days that it rained and we required to stay at the pool. We weren't allowed to wear sweats unless we all matched, and CustomInk provided sweatpants, and great sweatshirts (seen on three of us)! We've all still got them, and they're awesome."
"Tree Huggers United is a club that my friend and I started. We are raising money to donate to the South American Rainforest and raise awareness about global warming. We had a band night at school and tons of people showed up to support our club. This is when the picture was taken."
"The Reuben H. Fleet Science Center's Summer Camp volunteer show off their super cool Custom Ink shirts. Our great looking shirts received a thumbs up from everyone including Rex our resident dinosaur."
