"The Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF), which is dedicated to funding research to find a cure for juvenile diabetes, holds an annual competition of a variety of games to help raise money. Teams from the local real estate industry come together and compete in games such as tennis, spinning, wrestling, etc. This year, 23 GPI employees participated in a variety of events including: men’s and women’s basketball, volleyball, foosball, tug-of-war, etc. as well as volunteering for the day’s events. We look pretty good in our CustomInk shirts, don't we?!"
Peyton Nation March of Dimes 2013 by Kari - about 1 year ago
"This is the March of Dimes team that came together to support my son, Peyton who was born 11 weeks early and inevitably suffered (and continues to) with many health issues. He is loved by so many people!! The walk was held in Clarion, PA on May 5, 2013. The back of our shirts read: "Precious Extraordinary Youthful Tough Our Miracle NICU Survivor 11 weeks too soon 12.6.11 @ 2lbs 6 oz 195 Days old when he came home" I was so happy with the all assistance I got from Custom Ink. Everybody was so nice and helpful - sure to make my design work. My favorite part though was the fact that I was looked at as a person, just not another order. I was asked about my son and how he was doing and was actually able to have a conversation with everyone. I have already decided I will be using them for our shirts next year, too! "
AZZ/Central Electric & Friends by Team Central Electric & Friends - about 1 year ago
"Several employees at AZZ/Central Electric decided to start a Relay For Life team. This year we thought it would be fun to have matching T-shirts. We used the T-shirts as a fundraiser. This was the first time ordering shirts from Custom Ink and we were all VERY IMPRESSED with how easy the website is, how friendly the staff is, and how quick our T-shirts arrived! Our fundraiser was a winner, our T-shirts looked great, and we are excited about ordering T-shirts again next year!! Thank you Custom Ink!!"
We Dance Circles Around Cancer by Dancing Cancer Warriors 2013 - about 1 year ago
"This year, our team for the Los Angeles Revlon Run/Walk for Women changed its name to the Dancing Cancer Warriors and participated with the biggest group yet - not only was this the first year with our new team name but also the first year with our new team shirts by CustomInk! Our team was created in honor of our friend and cancer warrior/survivor, Lulu, who has a rare form of cancer she has been fighting for 20 years. She is a dancer, but didn't want her name included in the team name, so we came up with this new name in honor of her... and I knew we had to pose as dancers! Our team not only included Lulu, but two other survivors - 3 cancer survivors total - in addition to kids and adults. I decided to design the shirt directly on the CustomInk site, because I was running out of time to design it on my own (I've used both options in the past with CustomInk). Once I created a draft, our team captain suggested adding a ribbon, which was the finishing touch the design needed - and voila... the beautiful shirts were on their way! We definitely stood out in our bright pink shirts at the run - as we danced circles around cancer - and our second motto became "Real Men Wear Pink" for the male members of our team... and they did - wore the shirts with pride. We also got a number of smiles, recognition after the event with "that was you guys? I saw those!" and one survivor even asked to dance with Lulu in the survivors tent - a favorite part of the day for me!"

The Don Anderson Family at Gary Papa 5k by Don's Lions - about 1 year ago
"Our father, Don Anderson, died in September 2011 after a 14 year battle with prostate cancer. He was a HUGE Penn State fan and many of our family members attended or currently attend the university. We decided to run in the Gary Papa 5k to raise awareness and money for prostate cancer research. We ran on Father's Day which was the perfect way to honor him. It was a tremendous experience for our family and we plan to do it again next year!"
