"Four years ago we lost a great friend. mother daughter and sister to breast cancer. She left behind a son that needs our help getting through college. For the past four years we have held a walk in her memory to raise money for his education fund. Each year we are so proud of our supporters and our group gets bigger and bigger. WE LOVE YOU PAMMY JEAN!!!"
"16 walkers from Afexa Life Sciences Inc made a commitment to give back to the community and help battle the devastating disease of Cancer. Together the team helped raise $23,379.30 towards finding a cure. The Weekend to End Women’s Cancer, Edmonton, AB, 60km, we did it!
CustomInk helped uniform us as a team and they were awesome throughout the whole process...who knew designing a t-shirt could be so easily.

"On August 7, 2010 my friend Ellen rode her bike 111 miles in the Pan Mass Challenge to raise money for the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. Ellen's sister passed away this spring from Leiomyosarcoma, which is a rare form of cancer. Ellen did the ride in memory of her sister, and raised over $5,000 for Dana-Farber. All of Ellen's family and friends were cheering her on as she passed the finish line, and everyone was wearing their custom made t-shirt from Custom Ink. They were a huge hit! "
"At Hyundai of Lansing, we put together a team to walk in the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation Walk to Cure Diabetes held August 7th on the campus of Michigan State University.
This was our first time using CustomInk to print shirts for our event. It was easy to use and we will definitely use them again for our next event."
"Riders throughout the country gathered last weekend in Burlington, VT for the first 2010 Ride to Cure Diabetes event. The Maryland chapter was well represented with 12 riders, who collectively raised more than $110,000."
"My husband, my daughters, my niece, and myself participated in the Lustgarten Foundation annual Long Island walk for Pancreatic Cancer research in memory of my father Kermit. Customink made it so easy to create the shirts, and many people commented on them at the walk"
"About Relay For Life
Teams of people camp out at a local high schooland take turns walking or running around a track or path. Each team is asked to have a representative on the track at all times during the event. Relays are 24 hours in length; representing the reality that cancer never sleeps. By participating, you honor cancer survivors, pay tribute to the lives we've lost to the disease, and raise money to help fight cancer in your community.
This picture shows but a handfull of the people that it takes to put on this event, and just a few of the team OWOC.
To get the whole team in one place at the same time is impossible as they are all busy working hard for the cause n the field.
This was the 11th anniversary of Pacifica, CA Relay For Life. An event to raise money and awareness for the cure for cancer. We also remember those who fought and lost the battle as well as those who have won. Our survivors and their caregivers are also celebrated with their own lap and special awards of over 1,000 hand folded origami paper cranes on a strand honor a few of those special people each year.
Luminarias(decorated white paper bags with candles inside) line the track each one representing the memory of a loved one.
If you have never attended one of these events, you should! The feelings are impossible to describe in words alone.
This is the second year that we have ordered from CustomInk.com and are very happy with the service and the product. They even donated to our cause! Thanks CustomInk!
Remember. Celebrate. Fightback."
""This is a picture of some of our walk team in their "Kidney Bees" deely boppers and Custom Ink T-Shirts at the annual Albany NY Kidney Walk; our nephew, Jim with Cate and their two kids, Arianna 4, and Alex, 1. My wife, Kathe is a home hemodialysis patient waiting for a kidney transplant, but she also is a clown, Kismet, and she entertains the kids at these events. Every year, our friends and family come from all over to be together and be part of this walk as "Team Kismet" to raise awareness about kidney disease and funds to help patients and their families .. about 33 team members in all wearing these great Custom Ink T-shirts. Custom Ink was terrific to deal with; not only were the shirts wonderful, they were received sooner than promised, and afterwards Custom Ink even made a donation to support the cause. Can't ask for more than that !!" ~Loren Fadding. "
