Custom T-Shirts for remembrance
Siblings remembering their brother by Cullen 2014 - 4 months ago
"For the past 3 years my family has walked the March of Dimes "walk for babies." My twin boys were born at 35 weeks unknowingly on the verge of dying in utero. Grady is our survivor, he had 2 NICU stays and Cullen died after a 5 hour fight. We miss him everyday. I wonder ALL the time what life would be like with both my little boys. Every year we make shirts in memory of Cullen with Customink. "
Dream by Allie Alvarez - 5 months ago
"This shirt was created in remembrance for a very special classmate, peer, and friend that passed away very young in her life; only a junior in high school. In the little time she spent at "her" school, School for Advanced Studies, she impacted all of the lives she knew and all of the lives of the people she did not know. She radiated positivity and dreamed big for her future. She was a special individual that had everything going for. And inspired everyone that had got chance to meet her and even know her more on personal level. Someone capable of changing the world and able to make difference in not only her high school but also her community. She was an artistic free spirited that never was afraid to chase her dreams. She is the inspiration behind this shirt. For anyone that knew her, one of her favorite hobbies was to draw. Draw allowed her to express herself and personality. it was an escape for her to be who she is. The shirt is designed with that idea in mind, to be who you are and to live the life you want to live. To follow in the example of a person that did just that and was loved by everyone for it. Another part of the design of the shirt is the dream catcher on the back and dream written in the back. Allie was never afraid to dream and to go after them. This shirt a reminder that everyone have to their own dreams and should never be afraid to purse them. It constant reminder that even wildest dream is reachable if you want it enough. The shirt is to pay remembrance to someone whose influence should never be forgotten. Even in the darkest of times, we should remember to never give up on ourself and our dreams. As a school and especially as part of Allie high school class (class of 2014) we came together to take a picture with everyone in the shirts even though not everyone is in the picture. As a school we serve as another part of Allie family. Honestly, working with custom ink was the best. I don't think I could have made my vision come true with any other company. It came out exactly how I wanted it. They were patient with me through the whole designing process. I plan to order more for Allie family and any more people that is interested of keeping her memory alive through the shirt. Thanks Custom Ink for helping make my shirt to be everything I wanted it!"
Hike For Marsha 2012- You Are Never Alone by carrie phillips - over 1 year ago
"This was the first year of the Hike/Walk for Marsha Kannapel. She suffered her lifetime from Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, anxiety and depression. She felt the stigma of mental illness, but all we saw was a golden woman who gave up everything she had for her son, Mason. We started this foundation to pay tribute to a wonderful woman, and show that you are never alone in your suffering. "
Team Pay It Forward-Remembering Brandy Miller by Team Pay It Forward - almost 2 years ago
"Here we are at the Out of the Darkness Walk for Suicide Prevention in Virginia Beach honoring Brandy: a great friend, mother, wife, and colleague. Brandy loved pink and Sunshine (the chubby dog up front) so we included those on our shirts, as well as the message Brandy left for us all, encouraging us all to "pay it forward" and treat everyone with kindness. It was a beautiful day, and CustomInk donated to our team, as well as got us our shirts 5 days earlier than promised so we had time to wrap them in pink ribbons, just like Brandy would have done."
"We Remember" EOD in the Marine Corps by Leann Valks - about 2 years ago
"These photographs were taken at "The Shop" in North Carolina, the weekend after our wedding. This shirt was created for my wedding and as a gift for my husband and our friends. My husband had taken the last remaining picture of these two Marine Corps Explosive Ordinance Technicians (EOD TECHS) during their last deployment. They were made to remember these men and their brothers who made the ultimate sacrifice so that others may live and they are always with us. On the right sleeve it has EJ "Sinner" Pate Jr and a skull and crossbombs which shows his adventurous side, and on the left sleeve it has Dan "Xtreme" Patron and a dirt bike, which was a big passion of his. In the front it has the Master EOD Badge and a yellow ribbon of remembrance, but in true EOD fashion they have to show their goofy personalities by wearing bomb suits during the summer, surrounded by bombs, robots, and armored vehicles. My experience working with customink was something i was very, very satisified with. They addressed all my concerns and the sanctity of having things the names, the picture, the remembrance with respect. They couldn't have helped my creation come alive as it did in the shirt. "

"CustomInk did an awesome job processing, assisting, and making our t-shirt idea a reality for this event. It is our first annual birthday celebration tribute to my father Miguel Morales (may he rest in peace). 20 of my family members attended the spanish rock concert Mana at the Los Angeles Staples Center on June 23rd and had a blast. We received ton's of compliments on our shirts and we wore them proudly. GRACIAS CustomInk!! =) We will keep you in mind for future events. THANKS AGAIN! "
