Autism Walk 2014 T-Shirt Photo

"This is an amazing group of people that got together to show their support and love for our 5 year old, Corbin. Corbin has autism but it clearly does not define him. Our autism walk was Saturday April 26, 2014. It is held at our zoo to make it as kid friendly as possible. Our Corbin loves the zoo so it's perfect!!! What made this day even more special were the shirts... Not only was it the coolest shirt there we had an amazing experience using your website. From customer service to you actually donating to the walk in Corbin's name. Can't explain how much that means to us. Just an amazing company!! Thank you!! "

Sam's Team by Hannah - 4 months ago

Sam's Team T-Shirt Photo

"We did a 5k walk and fundraiser for the AFSA( American Foundation for Suicide Awareness ) and ordered the shirts for in memory of my son, Sam, who killed himself in June. He is a United States Marine and his death has left a hole in our hearts. I have started speaking at high schools and colleges telling " Sam's Story" in the hopes that it will help someone else. No mother should have to bury their child, especially not this way. "

We walk to the beat of Jonah's heart by Jessica Fitejb - 4 months ago

We Walk To The Beat Of Jonah's Heart T-Shirt Photo

"My son was born with half a heart. He has had three major heart surgeries to improve his quality of life. First at 7 days old, again at 8 months and again at 2. There's no cure or way of fixing his heart. Every year my family and friends participate in the American heart associations heart walk in honor of his fight with heart defects. In support of him. This is our group for this year and our shirts say "we walk to the beat of Jonah's heart" with the heart and headphone graphic (Jonah loves music) and below a picture of me and my amazing survivor. I've used custom ink three years now. They've always been easy and amazing to work with. Very charitable in donating to our cause through our teams heart walk page. Can't thank them enough."

Autism Awareness 5K by Team Cody - 5 months ago

Autism Awareness 5 K T-Shirt Photo

"We ordered shirts for family and friends that ran in the Diggin in Autism Awareness 5K that was in Richardson, April 12th. We all signed up in honor of my son Cody who also participated in the Fun Run (1 mile) part of the race. He stood at finish line and greeted each person that passed during race and told them Good Job! That is a big deal because he is mostly non-verbal. I loved the whole transaction part dealing with Custom Ink, great quality items in a quick amount of time. I was contacted with every part of the process and that was greatly appreciated. Thank you again for making this a great event. Our shirts were a huge hit and had many compliments at the race."

Vik's Farewell Party by Vik's Farewell Party - 5 months ago

Vik's Farewell Party T-Shirt Photo

"My son, front center, is being transferred for 2 years to Wilmerding, PA for his job. It is a great opportunity for him to further his career. So that me, mom, is not verklempt, I said it's like you're going away to college for your Masters Degree and then you'll come home to Chicago. Wilmerding is a teeny little town SE of Pittsburgh so I had "Wilmerding University" shirts made for his going away party. I used colors that would have him fit in in Pittsburgh, but being Chicagoans I had to put a Bear on it. Da Bears!"

A world without type 1 diabetes!! by Josh - 5 months ago

A World Without Type 1 Diabetes!! T-Shirt Photo

"Five years ago my son josh was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes and I immediately became active with JDRF. I have taken on the role of the walk chair for Boca raton fl along with being the family liaison each year. I am committed to raising money to find a cure and until then to find a better solution to help keep Josh's blood sugars in better control. Each year our team grows bigger and bigger. Only part of our team is featured in the picture. I made a promise to josh when he was diagnosed that I would do what I could to find a cure. This year we raised over $2600. Josh is 14 years old so as you could imagine being a teen is hard enough but being a teen with diabetes is a challenge. Josh is a really great kid and takes the diagnosis in stride and never complains but I know he struggles with the challenges he faces. As his mom I worry not only about the day to day challenges of low and high blood sugars but the long term effects of diabetes. This is the second year that we have worn the shirts made by your custom ink team. Last year the shirt won second place in the tshirt contest. When we originally designed the shirts the gentleman I worked with was amazing. He turned my sons vision into an amazing design. We loved it so much that we decided to wear the same shirts this year. The custom ink staff is always so upbeat and a pleasure to work with. When I received the email about custom ink donating to Jdrf I was blown away!! I tell everyone about custom Ink and the wonderful experience I had. Thank you for the opportunity to submit the picture. If we win I plan to donate the money to Josh's play station 4 wish list fund. Please excuse any typos as I wrote this using my iPhone. "
