"This is Clelian Heights school basketball team. We are a private school that specializes in providing the education for children with developmental delays. Our team began three years ago and has allowed the children to learn what it means to be apart of a team. The team mates have supported each other in all aspects of our school day. Coach Brian, Coach Anthony,Coach Rob and the team had a winning 2013 season (3-1). Every year the team is growing stronger with their basketball skills including weekly practices, and special help from the local high school basketball teams. This year they received customized t-shirts with their name and number on the back, like those basketball players that they look up to and learn from. "My sister and I created team, Muscle Team Miracles Can Happen...If You Just Believe!, for Muscular Dystrophy Association’s (MDA), annual Muscle Walk. We both have Limb-Girdle Muscular Dystrophy (LGMD) and we walk to raise money to fund research to find a cure for neuromuscular diseases. This year’s walk was held on April 27th, 2013, at Sugar Pine Trails, Fresno, California. Our team received top donations raised by a medium sized team and most money raised online.
