Robots + Kilts = Win by Lincoln - 5 months ago

"Our robotics team, FTC 2963, competed in their school uniform - plaid kilts! - and CustomInk t-shirts of their own design at the Rhode Island FIRST Tech Challenge in early February. They looked fierce in their black shirts with pink numbers and nicknames, which CustomInk so fabulously produced (complete with weird symbols and accents that just added to the Geek Effect). "

"We are the Westborough High School 2014 FIRST Robotics Competition (FRC) team. Our team number is 4048 and our nickname is "RedShift". Our District Events this year will be at the Worcester Polytechnic Institute and at Bryant University, both in March. This is the second year we've obtained out team shirts from CustomInk. As you can see, we have a combination of short sleeve, long sleeve, sweatshirts and hoodies. It's great to be able to mix and match to give each student and mentor what they want."

"Team shirt for our middle school robotics team was drawn free hand by one of our 8th grade girls. Two of the girls worked together on the design. We received many compliments at our competition on our shirts. Emy and CustomInk were great to work with. Your art department did a wonderful job converting the scanned in drawing to a quality screen print for the shirts. "

"This was our rookie year as a First Technical Challenge team. We were so busy building our robot we didn't realize until two weeks before our competition that we hadn't ordered t-shirts. I created a design quickly and submitted an order. Custom Ink artists made it look so much better than had been submitted and in no time the order was completed. We had the shirts 2 days prior to our competition - faster than was promised. "
