"The Dead2Red Sea Relay is a 242km race that begins at Wadi Mujib bridge by the Dead Sea (Jordan) and finishes in Aqaba by the Red Sea. The competition is in it's 16th year of existence and boasts participation from international, national, and local teams of amateur and professionals runners. Team Jet Pack (pictured) includes military and civilian personnel from the US Embassy in Jordan as well as the United Nations. This team of Americans took 4th place overall out of 38 total teams and won "The Best Embassy Team" in the 2013 competition with a race time of 14:35:17. The race began at 4 pm on a Thursday, and Team Jet Pack, running through the night, crossed the finish line as the sun was coming up just after 630 am Friday morning. Thanks to customink, the shirts we ordered arrived in less than two weeks to our international address and matched our design specifications exactly. We enjoyed our racing experience with Customink's dry fit tech shirts which kept us comfortable and competitive over 14 hours of running. "

Graduation Day At Marine Corps' Boot Camp T-Shirt Photo

"We were all so excited to see my son, Brett, graduate from Marine Corps boot camp at the beginning of November! We decided that a great way to show our support would be by purchasing matching t-shirts. Brett thought it was awesome! My experience with CustomInk was phenomenal, and I would highly recommend their service to anyone wanting t-shirts!"

JOPA Pride by FoxMXRacer27 - almost 3 years ago

Jopa Pride T-Shirt Photo

"So, I was finishing up my first tour in the Navy onboard the USS Bunker Hill. Being a first tour division officer, things can get rough and stressful. It is super important to rely on your fellow first tour officers to get through deployments and strenuous underways. My first year on my ship wasn't great because the junior officers weren't close. However, my second year onboard we got 11 new Ensigns. This made a huge difference. We all became really close and looked out for each other. They were really bring back the core of JOPA (Junior Officer's Protection Association): To look out for one another and protect each other from the senior officers' line of fire. These officers really made my last tour memorable so I decided to give them something that would bond them even further and they could wear with pride on the ship. At the hail and farewell party, they each received a JOPA t-shirt with their "call signs" (nicknames) on the back so that they were even more personal. They absolutely loved them as you can see in the photo. Working with CustomInk was amazing. The quality of the shirts were awesome and even the officers commented on how great they were. It's been 2 days since they received them and they can't stop talking about them still. Thank you so much for being so flexible in terms of working with my design because I know it can be hard to work with someone who's underway at sea. You really made this experience easy and fun. The USS Bunker Hill JOPA can't thank you enough =)"

Beach2Bay2011 by Beach2Bay2011 - about 3 years ago

Beach2 Bay2011 T-Shirt Photo

"Here we are, team “Yes We Mes-Cans!” holding our medals, after finishing our hot but fun Beach to Bay Marathon Relay in Corpus Christi, TX. The relay race is held each year on the 3rd Saturday of May (Armed Forces Day) to honor our nation’s men and women serving in the U.S. Military. Thousands of runners participate in this event every year. This is the 5th year we run it and each year the 6 person team is a little different than the year before. The team is usually composed of family members and close friends who want to take a stab at a 3.8 – 4.8 mile run (depending on the leg). On the team this year, we were proud to have our youngest team member ever, 8- year old Elijah Rivera! He ran the 4.36mi long 3rd leg and proudly handed off his baton to his former Marine dad, (seated to the left) Albert Rivera. Former Air Force Enlisted member, Javier Rivera (me, kneeling center) ran the 3.41mi 1st leg and handed off to Active Duty Air Force member (standing next to me), Leslie Ponce. She has run this event the last 3 years and is one of the most athletic runners on our team having accomplished two half marathons, one full marathon and several 5 and 10k’s. Rose Gonzalez (cousin, standing far right) saved the day by volunteering to run last minute. She wasn’t prepared to run a race like this but was brave enough to accept our plea for an alternate runner. She did well after trudging for 4.20 miles where she handed off to my son, Alex Rivera (son, standing left). My 16 year old soccer star ran the longest leg (4.89 miles) and came in strong to the finish line. This was his 3rd time running this race. I would like to thank CustomInk for their professionalism and great customer service. The shirts turned out better than expected. The ink was vibrant and you did a great job touching up my design. Our team loved them! We received lots of compliments from runners and spectators and you bet we mentioned your name! “Go with CustomInk.com!! They are the best!”"
