Will's Walking Warriors by Will's Walking Warriors - almost 2 years ago
"Our son, Will (2nd from right), was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes at the age of 6. He has been successfully living with Type 1 diabetes for 3 1/2 years thanks to funding provided by Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) to help find new treatments and technology. Will's Walking Warriors is our family team for the JDRF Walk to Cure Diabetes. This photo was taken of our team at the walk in Columbia, SC on Sunday, Nov 4, 2012. Thank you Custom Ink for making our team look great and for donating to such a worthy cause that is near and dear to our hearts!"

JDRF by Team Action Jackson - over 2 years ago
"We custom made our shirts for our first JDRF Walk for a cure for juvenille diabetes at UNLV in Las Vegas. Jackson is 7 and he picked out the design and the bright color! We were the easiest to spot in the large crowd. CustomInk did an excellent job and will be my go-to site for anything like this in the future!"
"Eat" to Cure Diabetes 2011 by Mindy's Sugar Beaters - almost 3 years ago
"We were a team to walk in the "Walk to Cure Diabetes" on behalf of our little girl Mindy who has had Type 1 Diabetes since she was 7. This was our first JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation) fundraiser for Mindy so we were excited to get t-shirts and do the whole shebang. The walk was cancelled due to weather so we went to breakfast instead and did an "Eat to Cure Diabetes". It was great fun to show off our matching shirts to everyone around! We had a great experience with CustomInk, the t-shirts are beautiful (really love that color!), and we really appreciated the donation to JDRF for our team."
Team Jakeob by Alyssa - almost 3 years ago
"This event was the JDRF walk to cure Juvenile Diabetes, on September 11, 2011. We participated in this walk because my little brother Jakeob was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes at the age of 11 years old. So for the past two years we have participated in this walk to help further the knowledge about diabetes and to help donate money to research. "
G-Force Walk to Cure Diabetes by G-Force - almost 3 years ago
"This is our second annual Walk to Cure Diabetes. We walk for our two sons: Aidan, age 6 and Collin, age 4 who both have Type 1 (juvenile) diabetes. 55 kids and adults walked at the Oakland Zoo this year, raising an unbelievable $10,635 to donate to the JDRF and their mission to find prevention, better treatment, and ultimately a CURE for Type 1 Diabetes. The joy on our children's faces was incredible...and everyone loved their Customink shirts! Team G-Force helped us show a great example, to all of our kids, about how to give something back. The most important "something" was the spirit of community that we all brought to the event, and because of that, we will never forget this wonderful day."
